Your responsibilities

  • Currently we are looking for a Junior Sourcing/Recruitment Specialist, so for candidates with less then a year of experience in HR who are willing to join the team of more experienced colleagues to support clients in acquiring world-class candidates. In this role, you will be responsible for creating teams of experts from various professions who will have a tangible effect on helping other people and companies. Employer requirements

  • Experience in sourcing or recruitment (min. 6 months)

  • English level min. C1

  • Additional languages such as French or German will be an assets

  • Team player who drives and promotes company values - and this is not a catchword, we are looking with passion for recruitment

  • Good communication skills and high level of personal culture

  • Strong drive and interest in Employer Branding will be an asset

  • Work permit for Poland is mandatory
