Your responsibilities
Sourcing candidates using wide range of search methods
Creating compelling content for job ads and personalized messages
Analysis of candidate portfolios and profiles
Building a network of potential candidates and maintaining existing relationships
Establishing initial contact with candidates (screening interviews)
Activating candidates from the database
Cooperation with hiring Managers and Recruiters
Ensuring a positive image of the employer
Our requirements
Willingness to develop as an IT & Engineering Sourcer
Excellent German (C1 level)
Very good knowledge of English (min. B2 level)
Attention to detail
Outstanding communication skills

First experiences in recruitment
Willingness to learn and grow within IT industry
