Your responsibilities

The role will manage corporate cards for employees on the global scale. This role will be responsible for supporting employees with queries around corporate cards but also for reconciling travel accounts and providing reporting support for executives. This person will focus on cooperation with internal employees as well as Amex.

Main responsibilities of Associate, Corporate Card will be approving, cancelling and suspending Amex cards in the external Amex system. Also, the associate will be responsible for following up on delinquent accounts and cancelling the cards if necessary. The role will require BTA (Business Travel Account), Uber/Lyft ride, and meals reconciliation.

• Maintaining corporate card applications on a global scale

• Monitoring and taking action on delinquent accounts

• Analysing global data on abnormal spend

• Ensuring cardholders have access to and can utilize benefits

• Reconciling Business Travel Accounts statement,

• Reconciling Travel Management Company statement

• Pulling cards related data and reporting to manager

• Building new processes within the role

Our requirements

  • University degree (BA or Master’s) in Economy, Finance & Accounting, Business Administration or other related field

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in a BPO/SSC/GBS environment supporting financial processes

  • Fluent English (at least C1 level)

  • High level proficiency in Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook

  • Exceptional time management and attention to details

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Confidence to forge strong and successful working relationships sense of service and ability to create additional demand through quality of delivery
