Your responsibilities

An outstanding opportunity to join us, where the role responsibilities will include:

* Reporting of Disclosure of Interest ‘DoI’ answering on a daily basis global DoI requests received either from the company or agents.

* Checking validity of requests e.g. based on articles of association or specific laws such as section 793 for UK or Letter of Authorization, Power of Attorney.

* Running and preparing reports ensuring a high level of accuracy towards disclosed position in a timely manner.

* Identifying risks and managing the efficiency and effectiveness of existing routines as well as to the development of new routines

Our requirements

  • University degree in economics, law, business administration or similar qualification with equivalent experience (specialization in finance or banking is an asset)

  • Understanding of Compliance department role, financial products and services in a financial institution

  • Fluency in English, knowledge of other European languages would be an asset

  • Outstanding analytical skills and attention to details. Proven ability to manage work effectively under pressure

  • Desire to perform in a control and project function

  • Good command of MS Office tools, in particular Excel

  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability and confidence to discuss issues at a senior level

  • Motivation and reliability, ability to manage work independently
