An outstanding opportunity to join us in this role to support the report owners in order to ensure the Bank fulfills its obligation to make timely, accurate and complete reports according to the regulation and guidance given by Regulators.
The role will primarily involve completion of the control processes for several Regulatory Reporting (Bank of Israel, Bank of England, Mifid II Best Execution) and Financial Transaction Tax processes. Specific tax product knowledge is not essential for this role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the following:
- Perform controls on the Regulatory Reporting processes to ensure the completeness and accuracy of reports
- Perform controls on the Reference Data within the firms systems to ensure accurate calculation of Financial Transaction Tax
- Coordinate, track and arrange resolution on issues whilst uncovered performing controls
- Work independently on mini projects for process improvement, enhanced controls, analysis or remediation
- Create (MI) Management Information Metrics and Reporting
- Respond to related queries from internal teams, traders or clients.
- Escalation of issues internally to management and business partners
- Communicate and assist the change impacting the processes
- Work in an exciting and challenging environment that will enable you to develop your skillsets and enhance your knowledge in investment banking
- Liaise with and work alongside intelligent professionals in Projects, Operations, Corporate Tax, Middle Office, trading desks

The FTT and Regulatory Reporting Team is responsible for monitoring several reporting obligations to Central Banks and National Competent Authorities. These obligations include Transaction Reporting Control, MiFID II Best Execution Reporting and Financial Transaction Tax Oversight and Control. - Degree in finance/banking would be an asset
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reconciliations would be advantageous
