Your responsibilities

  • Supporting internal brokers on projects for prestigious clients.

  • Handle documentation received from the insurance brokers.

  • Communicate with stakeholders in English and Dutch.

  • Administration of data in the system.

  • Managing internal programmes.

Employer requirements

  • Knowledge of Dutch and English at a minimum level of B2-C1, spoken and written.

  • nice to have 1 year of experience in SSC and/or customer service area.

  • High communication skills.

  • Willingness to learn and develop in the business world.

  • Use your attention-to-detail skills for data entry in our internal systems.
