Supporting our Clients in booking training and other learning & development activities
Sourcing suitable solutions to meet our Client’s requirements via our network of approved suppliers
Liaising with our suppliers
Working closely with our UK operations to support in the delivery of complex training programmes
Providing advice and guidance to our Clients
English – at least B2+/C1
Experience of providing great customer service
Good communication and organisational skills
Availability for working on shifts - 9-17 and sometimes 11-19

As a Learning Coordinator you will be supporting our clients in booking learning and development activities. You will be keeping high level of customer service and accuracy in administrative tasks by using your attention to details and empathy. Daily contact with native speakers of English will help you improve your language skills.
