Your responsibilities
- Supporting internal brokers on projects for prestigious clients.
- Handle documentation received from the insurance brokers.
- Communicate with stakeholders in English and Swedish.
- Administration of data in the system.
- Managing internal programmes.
Employer requirements
- Knowledge of Swedish and English at a minimum level of B2-C1, spoken and written.
- nice to have 1 year of experience in SSC and/or customer service area.
- High communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop in the business world.
- Use your attention-to-detail skills for data entry in our internal systems.
