Your responsibilities
Liaising with suppliers and ensuring suppliers understand company’s requirements
Collecting documents to ensure company’s requirements are fulfilled
Acting as a trusted support to suppliers when any inquiry occurs
Ensuring that suppliers are end-to-end managed until they are onboarded in company’s prequalification system
Proactively liaising with non-progressing suppliers to achieve on-time vetting completion
Highlighting delays and supplier’s non-progress on time to next level to seek resolution
Reviewing and assessing supplier’s inputs to the onboarding, raise red flags when needed
Coordinating and resolve red flags and any other issues
Employer requirements
Excellent written and spoken communication
Language skills (if you know any of these languages, it is an added advantage – Turkish, Czech, Finish, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, French, German)
Strong interpersonal skills
Experience of customer relationship management
Time and outcome-based mindset
Service and goal-oriented mindset
Willingness to develop in the area supplier compliance
Hands on experience & Knowledge of Coupa compliance / risk assess solutions is an asset
