Your responsibilities
- Customer orders processing and coordinating shipments;
- Customer claims processing from registration to effective closure;
- Monitoring and timely reporting of supply chain indicators;
- Operational coordination of direct delivery flows;
- Cooperation with all contributors of the supply chain process;
- Participation to the continuous improvement working groups, focused customer service and organizational performance improvements;
- Participation in logistics and purchasing projects;
- Administrative support to the Supply Chain department.
Our requirements
- Higher education or studies in progress (Logistics / Foreign Trade);
- 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Logistic, Operations Planning or Supply Chain;
- Ability to speak Fluent English (C1);
- Communication skills, independence and good organization of work;
- Ability to cooperate as a team.
Optional
- German language;
- Knowledge of SAP will be an undisputed advantage.
