About the project
Open Sky Data Systems are seeking Junior .NET Support Application Developer with both customer support and SQL and .NET skills for a permanent role based in one of our offices in Poznan or Katowice.
The ideal candidate will enjoy problem solving and troubleshooting across different applications & customers and present skills in the development/fix of web-based information management systems using .NET and SQL Server.
Your responsibilities
Diagnosis, analysis and reproduction of customer issues to ensure understanding of root cause of software problems
Providing technical customer support, setting up, configuration and monitoring of web-application servers
Resolving core application issues through direct action or by escalating non-resolvable issues to senior developers
Pro-active contact with key customers to review progress and offer technical support
Taking care of application maintenance / bug fixing
Conducting data analysis / system queries
Providing on-going development / system enhancements
Our requirements
SQL Server experience
C# Programming Language Knowledge
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 8, 10 and above
Higher Education or final year student
Good level of English, both spoken and written
Creative thinking and personal initiative
Quick learning of new technologies
Troubleshooting skills
Excellent client-facing interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work well in a team
Optional
6 months of experience in a similar position (Commercial Experience only)
T-SQL Scripting experience
C# experience
ASP.NET/MVC experience
Experience in web application development technologies (HTML / CSS / AJAX / JavaScript)
IIS Application Server/General Web Server experience
Experience with software monitoring and performance tools
