About the project
We are searching for a graduate or final year student to join our Support Team. Our ideal candidate will enjoy problem solving and troubleshooting across different applications & customers and be proficient in the development/fix of web-based information management system using .NET and SQL Server.
Your responsibilities
- Diagnose, analyse and reproduce customer issues to ensure understanding of root cause of software problems
- Provide technical customer support, set up, configure and monitor web-application servers
- Resolve core application issues through direct action or by escalating non-resolvable issues to senior developers
- Pro-actively contact key customers to review progress and offer technical support
- Take care of application maintenance / bug fixing
- Conduct data analysis / system queries
- Provide on-going development / system enhancements
Our requirements
- SQL Server experience
- C# Programming Language Knowledge
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 and above
- Higher Education or final year student
- Good level of English, both spoken and written
- Creative thinking and personal initiative
- Quick learning of new technologies
- Troubleshooting skills
- Excellent client-facing interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team
Optional
- 6 months of experience in a similar position (Commercial Experience only)
- T-SQL Scripting experience
- ASP.NET/MVC/C# experience
- Experience in web application development technologies (HTML / CSS / AJAX / JavaScript)
- IIS Application Server/General Web Server experience
- Experience with software monitoring and performance tools
