Your responsibilities
- Supporting Spanish-speaking and Polish customers of the company via telephone, e-mail and chat,
- Advising on the operation of Profitroom systems and their configuration
Our requirements
- Very good command of Spanish and English - a necessary requirement
- Excellent organization of own work
- Patience and the ability to deal with stressful situations
- Great independence and commitment
- Developed analytical and communication skills
- Empathy and willingness to help solve problems
- Experience in the position of technical support, customer service or working with online booking systems is an advantage
- Knowledge of the hotel industry is and advantage
