Your responsibilities
- Hardware and software inventory management
- Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems
- Performing daily system monitoring & operations, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes
- Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes
- Installing and configuring new hardware and software
- Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords, etc.
- Answering technical queries and assisting users
- Performing basic user trainings
- Documenting the configuration of the system
- Triaging reported problems
Our requirements
- Good knowledge of UNIX-like operating systems
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Basic knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- Basic familiarity with networking technologies
- Knowledge of Git, POSIX Shell, Bash, Python, Ansible (Optional)
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Problem-solving skills

As a Junior System Administrator, you assure successful business operation by taking care of the critical components of IT infrastructure.
You are responsible for the daily management, maintenance and configuration of computer systems and platforms to ensure smooth running in a development environment. This includes installing and managing IT equipment such as laptops, servers, network devices, printers as well as IT security systems and other key elements of IT infrastructure.
You work closely with the internal IT Team to update systems, address security breaches and help troubleshoot issues.
