Who we need

Our strategy for upcoming years is focused on growth, therefore having the right people in the right places is our priority. We are strengthening our People Experience team with a special focus on talent acquisition area, and therefore looking for a Junior Specialist to join us. 

Are you the one organizing the road trip each year for your college friends? Or the one who set up and ran a new science club? Or maybe you are the one who stood behind a big conference at your university?

Whichever it is, if you’re born to catch the loose strings, organize and connect people together, enjoy making things happen and taking care of the details, you might be our guy (or lady)!. We are ready to show you the ropes when it comes to the recruitment, sourcing and hiring, however, it would be a better match if you had already some business exposure as an intern, student, or in any other role, where you had a chance to explore the world of affairs, contracts, agreements, stakeholders & collaboration. 

You may be a graduate of any kind of business or psychology related field, with a history of initiated and executed projects, ideas or events, that prove your resourcefulness, guts and ambition . Obviously, you need to be fluent in English, not only when socializing, but in business and formal situations as well. If you have an eye for beauty, passion for art & design, the work will be even more pleasant for you. 

You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner on building the strong talent pool of candidates, engaging in sourcing and employer branding activities, collaborating with the People Experience team in hiring and onboarding, and most of all you’ll spend time talking to our potential future employees.

You’ll be surrounded by inspiring, creative people that you can learn from and hang out with, in the organization that is constantly evolving and provides space for learning, growing, and also making mistakes.
