The purpose of the role
The main purpose of the role is to build a candidate pipeline through searching and identifying suitable candidates. Junior sourcer should use a variety of techniques and channels to look for both active and passive candidates. Second part of the role is administrative and working on HR system (SuccessFactors) related matters, including recruitment tasks.

Talent Attraction will be part of People Services team in Lundbeck GBS Krakow. We will provide a consistent candidate experience throughout the organization and support hiring managers to ensure we attract the best and most suitable talents, at the same time contributing to our aspiring mission to better the lives of people suffering from brain diseases so that every person can be their best.
Why is this role important to us?
• Co-developing and implementing an effective sourcing strategy
• Working together with the recruiter and hiring manager to define candidate personas
• Sourcing suitable candidates through various sourcing channels – preparing long lists of candidates
• Drafting recruiting emails to potential candidates or messages via other talent attraction channels
• Building and maintaining a talent pool that can meet the company’s future hiring needs
• Keeping track of pre-defined sourcing metrics and reporting on them
• Assisting talent attraction team with daily tasks and projects
• Scheduling calls and interviews
• Conducting initial phone screens and email correspondence
• Crafting and updating job descriptions
• Following up on employee referrals
University degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or equivalent
Min. 6 months of relevant experience in talent acquisition in an international company with high ethical standards
English at C1
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including a proven track record in building effective relations with a diverse group of stakeholders
Mature attitude towards challenges and problem solving (being able to work with limited guidance and able to determine information needed to solve more complex issue, manage pressure effectively and cope well with setbacks)
Ability to work in a dynamic environment to tight deadlines and with switching priorities
Proactive in terms of improving ways of working
Good understanding of local labor market
