Your responsibilities
Plan and execute creative and effective sourcing strategies to find the best talent
Work closely with Recruiters and hiring managers to understand the requirements of the role and how it fits into the organization
Recommend and drive improvements with recruiters and interviewing teams to effectively assess candidates.
Demonstrate excellent time management
Provide outstanding customer experience for all prospects and potential new MSI employees
Our requirements
Bachelor's / Master’s Degree
Ability to deliver results with little supervision, and effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and candidates
‘Can do’ attitude
Proven track record of delivering high-quality pipelines for multiple complex projects
Excellent English language skills
