Junior Team Leader with German (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities

  • Delivery of order handing services to product business for German market (role 50% operational)

  • Managing escalations

  • Plan and supervise overall delivery of order handling services (in alignment with key stakeholders, corporate strategic initiatives and operational forecasts), to achieve top performance results and excellent customer satisfaction results

  • Build and manage a highly performing, motivated team of Logistics Specialists (ca. 10 employees)

  • Manage individual performance, career development and employee satisfaction

  • Checking and improving team’s performance in the area of quality of service

  • Performing detailed root cause analysis of problems

  • Preparation and presentation team performance (KPI dashboards) to country stakeholders

  • Developing further synergy effect in the country clusters through cross trainings and efficient backup model (increased productivity)

  • Supporting team members in their daily work

Our requirements

  • Experience in order handling area, ideally in more than 1 country/business lines (German cluster preferred)

  • Proven analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills

  • Fluent in German and English

  • Ability to work with data and make right decisions based on data analysis

  • Operate in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment with full control and responsibility of achieving business objectives

  • Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple projects/tasks in parallel

  • Ability to work under limited supervision

  • Efficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Power Point)

  • Expertise knowledge of SAP

  • previous experience as an expert/a senior who coordinates project team will be an additional asset.

Siemens Global Business Services team is looking for an experienced and highly motivated candidate for Junior Team Leader (f/m/d) role. The role is 50% operational with remaining 50% of time to be devoted to team/people management activities. The successful Junior Team Leader (f/m/d) is a problem-solver, mentor and communicator with outstanding skills and experience in order handling area. You will engage with multiple internal teams to support daily operations across multiple countries (country cluster). You will utilize a wide range of skills and support several functional areas such as operations, IT and program management, to support performance and productivity improvement initiatives. You will support root cause analysis of issues and propose possible improvements. With outstanding ownership and customer obsession you will play an essential role driving operational delivery on daily basis, being a role model in building healthy team spirit and efficient organization based on trust and partnership.
