Your responsibilities
- Preparing recruitment strategies and proposing actions necessary to implement the prepared strategies
- Searching for candidates for individual recruitment processes as needed
- Verifying the candidates' soft skills
- Preparing and expanding candidates’ database
- Communicating frequently with clients
- Conducting end-to-end international IT recruitment processes
- Analyzing the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns and sources of acquiring candidates
Our requirements
- Open-minded, passionate and have the curiosity and the leadership skills to transform your ideas into action
- Interested in startups / HR (especially recruitment) / IT
- Confident in a fast-paced and ever-changing dynamic environment
- Motivated to get to know many business spheres and get promoted quickly
- Previous experience in HR or related environments
- Excellent command of English (B2 minimum)
- Availability minimum 30 hours a week, we offer super flexible working time
- The ability to organize tasks independently and work effectively with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- The ability to prioritize goals/tasks; monitor and follow them up
