Your responsibilities
Provisioning of new resources for new or existing services (incl. basic configurations)
Deployment of software / applications on new or existing resources.
Deploy changes on existing resources through Configuration Management.
Participate in troubleshooting on infrastructure or platform components leveraging business processes (resolution, escalation).
Work with Vendor Support to fix the defects/bugs.
Participate in monitoring process & resolution.
Participation in escalation process.
Support for corrective actions and first analyses of failed tasks / workflows / jobs
Support in identifying lack of documentation (application usage / interfaces / operation manuals) and help filling out gaps
Our requirements
Very good knowledge of Linux server system administration, management and tools (Red Hat, Debian, SUSE, BASH/ SH scripting)
Knowledge nice to have: BMC Patrol, BMC BladeLogic Server Automation, understanding of ITSM tools, ITIL knowledge
Self-motivated, team player with great communication skills and business understanding
Verbal and Written English including Technical Vocabulary
