About the project

Currently, we are looking to hire a Junior Technical Support Specialist in our Katowice office.

As a Junior Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling 1st line of Technical Support dedicated to supporting our deployed Cloud and Edge software solutions. You will collaborate closely with the 2nd and 3rd line of Technical Support teams ensuring the reported customer ticket responses meet our SLAs. You will interact with our customers through the ticketing system, email, and phone using German and English.

Your responsibilities

  • Registering and maintaining customer incidents flow.

  • Gathering information needed to investigate the root cause of issues.

  • Reproduction of the issue in customer support testbeds.

  • Cooperation with other Technical Support groups in order to quickly resolve the problem.

  • Explaining technical information clearly.

  • Writing clear and concise documentation for internal use.

  • Taking part in on-call support rotation for production systems.

Our requirements

  • Good command of English and German.

  • Experience using Office software tools.

  • Good communication and organizational skills with focus on problem solving.

  • Knowledge of basic commands in Linux Terminal.

Optional

  • Experience with working in a Customer Support team.

  • Hands-on experience with Linux OS or networking environment.
