Junior Technical Support Specialist with English
- Supporting business customers regarding computers and printers configurations;
- Troubleshooting and reporting technical issues;
- Working with other members of the team to proactively resolve issues;
- Representing the brand;
- Helping customers via telephone and e-mail;
- Proficient English (native or near native level);
- Strong focus on customer’s needs;
- Good communication skills;
- Team work spirit;
- Relevant work experience is desirable but not essential;
