Your responsibilities
Assist employees with queries and provide system support
Send follow-up employees reminders
Administration of travel expenses and the credit cards applications
Prepare reports and process accruals
Maintenance of employee master data
Perform travel expenses audits
Our requirements
University degree in Accounting / Finance
Very good command advanced Excel skills
Very good command of English
Ability to establish good relationships with suppliers
Good analytical skills and problem solving approach
Optional
Experience in multinational company (preferably SSC) would be an asset
Knowledge of Concur system will be an additional asset
