Your responsibilities
Review received client invoice/documentation & performed necessary controls,
Check current cash position at various bank systems and secure required cash for transactions,
Initiate payment transactions on the Dashboard,
Provide proper checks and approvals on the Dashboard and within banking system,
Secure cash management and reconciliation for assign client accounts,
Follow internal politics and initiate internal cash moves,
Cooperate closely with Malta team and backup local processes,
Secure payment archiving on the local cash desk folder and support cashbook process,
Participate in treasury transition projects for other/global Captives entities locations,
Special projects as assigned,
Quarterly claims register process,
Claims notifications task and loss adjustor invoices,
Template preparation with premium allocation provided by client/broker,
Process of invoicing and tax calculations.
Our requirements
Strong oral and written English communication skills (B2),
Ability to work independently and prioritize own tasks,
Undergraduate Degree in Finance or Accounting,
Excel skills – medium level,
Attention to details,
Ability to analyze data and check its accuracy,
Good numerical skills,
Able to understand and write correspondence in a tone that is appropriate to the interaction,
Ability to work under time pressure.
