Your responsibilities

An excellent entry level opportunity to join the PCEP M&R team. You will be responsible for the redesign and creation of the existing Payments Site, the entry point and centre of knowledge of all things PCEP. As is a wide reaching role, across Credit Suisse, it is a great opportunity for experience and self-brand creation. You will liasing with key stakeholders across all work streams, gathering the key requirement and be the drive and developer of the new site. Using the technical skills to create the leading entry point for PCEP information and reporting.

Our requirements

We are looking for a Jr. Web Developer within the Payments Control & Enhancement Program (PCEP).

Core skill-set focused on:

* Creating and maintaining the internal Payments website, utilizing Sharepoint, Confluence, Web Development tools.

* Technical skills – Java, HTML, Qlik, SQL, Python.

* Supporting the build out of a metrics and reporting solution for the PCEP program and the wider Payments Functions using tools like Qlik, Python, etc.

* Core scope for 2022, supporting define, source and build out the key metrics relating to progress and impact of the program and related initiatives.

* Data Analytical and agile mind-set able to challenge the norms to create industry leading metrics and reporting.

* Proactively engage with relevant stakeholders in a clear and concise way.

* Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to manage work well under pressure.

Key Objectives/Responsibilities:

* Analytical approach - A logical approach to problem solving, making rational decisions based on analysis of data from a wide range of sources.

* Work with business and program stakeholders to create recommendations and formulate proposals to take forward to stakeholders and develop analytical reports using Qlik, tableau etc.
