Description

• Fronting any day-to-day customer issues and helping to resolve them
• Reviewing and helping to resolve any store or order issues
• Reporting, creating documents about projects milestones and their progress
• Forecasting and coordination of delivery time with Supply Chain
• Production of quotations and preparation of sales orders for standard repeat orders
• Production and review of customer KPIs, both internally and supporting the KAM with the reviews with the customer
• Running several customer satisfaction improvements projects and managing and maintaining an issue log

Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Fluent English
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (excellent knowledge of Excel)
• Good commercial and business understanding
• Bachelor's degree in economics or another business discipline
• Good customer handling skills
• High analytical skills
• Good organisational and project management skills
