Your responsibilities
Monitoring, maintaining and analysing accounts receivable and collecting receivables (calls, emails)
Performing month-end closing activities (3rd party and ICO account reconciliation, posting provisions)
Maintaining customers internal credit limits
Managing shipment hold/release due to credit reasons
Cooperating with commercial team, customer service and other departments
Cooperating with credit rating agencies and other third party providers
Handling complex collection calls (including insolvency situations) customer queries and escalations
Carrying out weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports
Maintaining of Credit Management operating procedures
Taking care of department development by implementing changes and process improvements
Participating in global and ad-hoc projects
Monitoring team performance and reporting of work results including KPIs and other measurements to Director Customer Risk Management
Our requirements
Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
Minimum of 3 years' experience in Credit & Collection Department
Knowledge of Billing and Collections procedures
Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with accountants, internal and external customers
Willingness to making calls and proactive approach
Strong analytical, report writing and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Fluency in English
Knowledge of other European languages (German or Spanish) would be an advantage
Advanced knowledge of SAP and MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Visio)
Knowledge of Macros and Visual Basic would be an advantage
