Due to constant development we are looking for a Key Account Manager who will support our sales team in Europe.

Key Account Manager

Key Account Manager, Europe (English language)

Location: Europe, Bielsko-Biała Poland

You will be responsible for developing and managing Customers in Europe. To build strong customer relationships and sell the industrial range of products to achieve agreed commercial targets and objectives in line with defined policies.

Responsibility:

  • Selling products within an assigned geographic territory.
  • Build strong relationships with Customers to become a strategic product partner.
  • Effective management and work planning.
  • Preparing commercial offers.
  • Negotiations and selling.
  • Preparation of the Contracts and coordination of their implementation.
  • Monitoring and analysis of data concerning Clients, competition’s actions and own results.
  • Preparing the price and marketing reports, sales auctions, active cooperation with team workers.
  • Building a long-standing business relationship to provide a competitive advantage to market.
  • Participating in professional meetings and fairs local and international.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in business-to-business sales and/or management.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English language, good understanding of German or Russian will be an advantage.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Knowledge of HVAC market.
  • Ability to think strategically and make decisions based on research and analysis.
  • Effective communication and cross-cultural skills to collaborate with international Customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain priorities in a constantly changing environment.
  • Strong organization skills.
  • Expertise using MS Office applications.
