Your responsibilities

  • Reporting into the Sales Director you will be responsible for establishing, developing and closing business opportunities with key carrier accounts in the telecoms market. Furthermore, you will manage all aspects of the relationship with carrier customers. The position requires senior level sales experience with both large carrier accounts as well as alternative service providers. This position is located in Poland.

  • Seek out, identify, develop and close business opportunities with key service customer accounts in the telecom sector. Collect and analyze all marketing information.

  • Enhance customer relationships

  • Manage and coordinate all activities between Huawei and the telecom operator. Promote the full range of Huawei Technologies solutions to defined customers.

  • Produce and deliver formal business proposals and presentations. Identify key customer requirements and coordinate with Product solution team in order to fulfill the requirement.

  • Manage customer expectation and satisfaction. Lead product solution and service team to solve the issues raised by customers.

  • Take first responsibility for cash collection.

  • Create and present customer proposals and offerings.

  • Create co-operative business plans with customers and their partners and help to define new business models and support product features.

  • Create Sales Account plans which will identify, quantify, and recommend Sales action plans to address new business opportunities consistent with overall company strategy.

Our requirements

  • Demonstrate ability to develop new business with new technology for telecomm operators.

  • Demonstrate ability to manage customer accounts at both the CxO and technical level.

  • Ability to establish brands, explore product opportunities, work out customer product competitive strategies and competitive plans.

  • Have a good working knowledge of at least one or more of the following products & solutions: Wireless network solutions; Transmission solution; Core Switch solution; Storage solutions.

  • Knowledge and skills for operate sales projects from opportunities to contract (E2E)

  • Knowledge and experience to drive the improvement of contract quality.

  • Detailed knowledge of local carrier business models and service management strategies.

  • Minimum 2/3 years direct telecommunications and carrier network sales / account management experience with a proven track record with an international telecoms equipment company.

  • A proven track record of building long-term relationships with strategic carrier accounts.

  • Skills for negotiation.

  • Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people (product management, engineering, marketing).

  • Ability to show creativity and a different way of thinking will be essential.

  • Must welcome challenges.

  • Must be self-motivated and capable of working under own initiative.

  • Teamwork. Must be natural to organize people from different dept. and work for common target.

  • Good knowledge of English
