Your responsibilities

  • For our East Region Operations, we are looking for the Key Account Manager Commercial Fleets Poland East (voivodeships: podkarpackie, świętokrzyskie, lubelskie, małopolskie) with a main focus to ensure the execution of the sales, units, and profitability targets by developing trusted advisory relations with Commercial Fleets Customers.

  • Realize monthly, quarterly and annual sales budget for the assigned territory

  • Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements

  • Leverage existing contracts to maximize sales

  • Regularly measure performance parameters of tyres

  • Conduct trainings for fleets

  • Generate new sales opportunities

  • Present Bridgestone solutions, develop proposals and close deals

  • Collaborate with Bridgestone’s Customer Service, Technical and Administration departments to ensure best in class customer experience

  • Prepare reports of progress and forecasts to other departments using key account metrics

Our requirements

  • University degree

  • 2-5 years’ proven experience as Key Account Manager (Truck & Bus segment preferred)

  • English: min. B2 level

  • Polish: fluent

  • Very good knowledge of MS Office

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent negotiation skills

  • Teamwork abilities
