Corporate sales development in Poland,
Reporting sales target achievement in figures,
Weekly monitoring of corporate sales ordering and retails,
Negotiations with corporate customers,
Advising dealers in all matters related to fleet & corporate sales,
Effective cooperation on all levels of BMW Group office for planning and executing measures to secure realization of dealer targets as well as other issues regarding dealers.
At least 5 years of experience in sales cooperation with business partners' network,
Previous experience in international environment with proven track record,
Experience in automotive industry and cooperation with dealers is a big asset,
Fluent Polish and English,
Persistency in reaching goals,
Open-minded and self-motivated personality, hands on attitude,
Good understanding of business requirements,
Passion for life and work openness for novelty seeking,
Understanding of premium brand values is an asset,
Ability to work under pressure,
Good command of English,
Driving license, cat. B.

The National Sales Organization (NSC PL) started operating in the Polish market in 2003 and is the official representative of the BMW and MINI brands. BMW Group Poland offers a full range of cars, motorcycles and original parts and accessories on our market.
In 2010 the NSC was incorporated into the Central Eastern South Region of BMW Group and transformed into Branch Office of BMW Vertriebs GmbH with its main seat located in Salzburg. Poland is the second largest market in this region and found to also be the most dynamically developing one.
NSC PL employs over 70 staff and is organized around three main pillars being Sales, Marketing, Aftersales and Sales Channel Development, and two key business units being Motorrad and MINI respectively. The extensive dealership network covers all major cities in Poland offering premium customer service.
