Your responsibilities

  • You’ll be the internal advocate for one of our largest customers; driving our internal teams to provide innovative solutions which satisfy a diverse range of needs and requirements

  • The days will be fast-paced and varied, as you switch modes from customer contact and relationship building (a mixture of remote and onsite communication), liaising with a variety of internal teams (Delivery, Finance, Resourcing, and others), and collaborating with our Business Development Managers to help service the new needs of your customers

  • You’ll also be responsible for managing a variety of complex commercial agreements and contracts. The small details matter to our customers, and you’ll be on top of them at all times

Our requirements

  • Experience as an Account Manager within the Media, Broadband or Telecom sectors

  • Knowledge of technology development techniques and programme delivery methods (e.g., Agile)

  • A track record of building relationships with clients based on trust and respect

  • Outstanding communication skills in Polish: whether face-to-face, on the phone, or in writing

  • Good communitacion skills in English

  • The ability to solve problems and resolve complaints effectively

  • Initiative and autonomy are also vital

  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to identify new opportunities to add value

  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills (including Advanced Microsoft Excel and CRM tools, such as Salesforce)

  • Understanding of customer behaviours and industry trends in relevant sectors

  • Good organizational and time management skills

Role Overview

The Account Manager will be a critical part of our Commercial Team and acts as a point of contact for multiple customer sponsors and stakeholders. We’re searching for someone who is outgoing, proactive and passionate about our team, our services, and our customers. We have a passion for engineering and technology, as well as a strong belief in the importance of customer advocacy.

Because of the nature of this role, face-to-face customer contact is essential. We anticipate that you’ll need to travel approximately 30% of the time, both within Poland and internationally.
