Due to further, dynamic development of our business activities in Europe and Asia, we are currently looking for a candidates who would like to grow within our food family globally and would like to take over the newly created position of Key Account Manager Balkan and Caucasus region
You will acquire and maintain key accounts abroad, with a focus on the Caucasus and the Balkans.
You will be responsible for the professional and strategic development of the distribution network in the respective foreign markets
You will cooperate closely with our petfood (cats, dogs, horses) sales, product management and marketing teams to systematically advance the foreign markets and professionally establish our brands there
You will carry out competent analysis, consultations and training in the target countries.
You will be responsible for specific KPI's to measure success of your activities and annual goals
Active experience in area of international sales – experience in petfood of food business would be appreciated.
Experience in dealing with customers abroad (ideally in Balkan and /or Caucasus regions)
Great organisation skills combined with high level of self-motivation to achieve goals and KPI’s
Strong willingness of interacting with other countries & cultures combined with ability to transfer this into successful sales
Willingness to frequent international travelling
Very good command of English (speaking, reading and writing skills)
Knowledge of Polish, Russian or other Slavic language will be additionally appreciated
You are already active in international sales, preferably in Balkans and Caucasus region. Experience in the pet or food industry would be very appreciated.
