Your responsibilities
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients
- Successfully managing contracts, pricelists, and other commercial conditions, as well as spot order negotiations in coordination with his/her superiors.
- Developing a thorough understanding of key customer´s needs and propose strategies of sale that improve the commercial relationship, boosting the company market share.
- Building the company yearly Sales Budget in assigned region, compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
- Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
- Communicating and collaborating with the financial, customer service, production, planning and logistics departments.
Our requirements
- Residence in Poland
- Polish language as native
- English language full professional use
- Proven experience in key account management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor's degree will be valued
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
