    About the role:

    We are looking Key Account Manager to manage & grow relationships with our existing customers across different countries in Europe.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop the existing business & meet annual revenue growth targets
    • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
    • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
    • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
    • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
    • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
    • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
    • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
    • Prepare reports on account status
    • Frequently visits customers at customer locations across Europe & potentially UK & Ireland
    • The role will report into the Global Account Director and will be required to work closely with Sales teams and move accounts from sales into account management

    Key Requirements:

    • Experience in a customer facing account management role or have the aptitude to perform the role
    • Strong client relationship management experience particularly with senior stakeholders
    • Good understanding of today’s digital IT software development landscape and must be able to bring value to the customer
    • Must have very strong listening and presentation skills
    • Experience working with & understanding of commercial contracts
    • Successful experience in RFP responses and successful sales pitches
    • Ability to work collaboratively with project managers, technical engineers and architects to provide customers with solutions
    • Ability to travel to client site
