Your responsibilities

1. Provide best key account management service:

- Manage a trustworthy relationship

- Prepare annual business reviews (sales figures against forecast, pricing, change requests etc)

- Gain new project from current Customers

- Maintain and update price lists

- Follow up on project changes

- Monitor commercial side of project scope changes as a project team member

- Calculate additional costs and amend original quotation to the Customer

- Co-operate closely with Customer Service and Planning departments

2. Supporting Sales Managers in market research and identifying new Customers

3. RFQ analysis, costing and quotation preparation:

- Communicate with Customers and internally to clarify and specify scope of RFQ

- Prepare total cost calculation

- Draft quotation

- Review of the costing and quotation with line manager

- Present the quote with Sales Mangers to the Customer

- Review and adjust quotation after feedback from the Customer

Our requirements

  • Professional experience in account management in production company, min.3 years

  • Fluent English, speaking and writing, with business English command (used for daily communication with the Customers verbally and in writing)

  • Analytical mind and excellent attention to details

  • Ability to work under time pressure

  • Product management, product engineering experience, especially with work on product structure and costing


  • Experience in Contract Manufacturing company

Job Description

Key Account Manager responsible for sales of Contract Manufacturing Services for Medical Devices in Western European Markets.

KAM works actively to develop relationship with current customers and search for new Customers. His/her job includes all activities in sales and product management areas from targeting to winning Customers and providing the best post-sales Service
