Your responsibilities

  • Possibility to manage a large key account of 200+ mio PLN yearly

  • Responsibility for current sales as well as targets for growth of sales to key account

  • Direct influence not only on sales but also delivery, quality control, technical improvements and other crucial areas

  • Responsibility for coordinating activities for the client between various internal teams

Our requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in manage a large key account

  • Perfect communication skills

  • Experience in offerings

  • Perfect understanding of total cost of ownership sales strategy

  • High skills in building relationships and negotiating

  • High level of self-discipline and goal orientation

  • Perfect spoken and written English

  • Ability to lead and manage projects in coordination with other departments

  • Readiness to take up new challenges and to cope with difficult situations and refusal

  • Ability to deal with stress and rebuild positive motivation to act

  • The ability to learn from work on both successes and failures
