Job Description:

Andea is seeking to hire a Key Account Manager that will be responsible for selling MES (Manufacturing Execution System) consulting services and managing relationship with its key clients located in North America and Western Europe.


Job Location:

Kraków, Poland (relocation assistance available)


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with key clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives
  • Research key customer wants and needs
  • Suggest solutions that answer clients’ needs and wants
  • Serve as contact point for key customers and internal teams
  • Resolve customers' complaints in an effective and respectful way
  • Gather, report and communicate customers' feedback on services delivery
  • Research and source new potential clients
  • Measure, track and analyze key account metrics
  • Create reports for upper management
  • Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing customers located in North American and/or Western Europe
  • An excellent command of the English language (German/French nice to have)
  • Prior experience selling software and/or IT services (nice to have)
  • Understanding of the IT project lifecycle
