    Key Account Manager (Modern Trade)

    Your Responsibilities: 

    • Establish operational & strategic framework for customers in scope
    • Develop and deliver monthly/yearly plans including revenues, sales activities, programs, budgets for Customers in scope
    • Account Management
    • Category Management - partners with Category Management Manager to develop customer specific CatMan projects which deliveries incremental growth if applicable
    • Execution - responsible for execution of monthly/annual sales plan by customer, brands and KPIs, execution of sales activities and implementation of in-store execution standards in customers.
    • Reporting - within the timeframe and corporate requirements provides necessary data.
    • Internal Communication - maintain permanent cooperation with internal stakeholders within the sales team and ensures effective communication with other departments.
    • Observing and following the law and all GSK ethical norms

    Why You?

    • 3 years of experience as a Key Account Manager in FMCG / Mass Market
    • Independent negotiations of annual contracts with Customers – min. 3 cycles
    • University degree
    • High negotiation skills
    • High Customer management skills
    • Evidence of defining business strategy and execution at a senior level
    • Demonstrable leadership abilities, empowering and developing a large business to execute with excellence along path to purchase
    • Experience of influencing business stakeholders through strategic thinking and planning, communication and influencing commercial acumen and budget management
    • Fluent English
    • Proven ability in P&L management and excellent commercial acumen
    • Good long-term performance
