    For Shared Service Center located in Poznan we are looking for a candidate for a position of:
    Key Account Manager


    • Managing portfolio of assigned clients and acquiring new clients
    • Taking part in drawing up sales plans for assigned key clients and carrying these plans out according to company's strategic objectives
    • Planning and visiting regularly the headquarters and branches of assigned key clients
    • Conducting current distribution tasks
    • Managing new distribution model – e-commerce
    • Monitoring turnovers, profitability of cooperation and supervising continuously payments made by assigned key clients
    • Analysing and offering amendments to the terms and conditions of cooperation with assigned key clients
    • Taking part in negotiations of new terms and conditions
    • Looking for opportunities to expand portfolio of products and services via active listening to clients’ needs and coming up with tailor made solutions
    • Cross-selling
    • Cooperating with other sales departments to make mutual deals with them and their clients
    • Monitoring competitions’ actions at assigned key clients
    • Planning, carrying out and coordinating promotional and advertising actions at assigned key clients
    • Monitoring effectiveness of special offers
    • Preparing periodic reports on their performance
    • Taking care of the good image of the company and obeying to the internal rules of the company's sales policy
    • Conducting other duties assigned


    • Proven sales experience in the lighting industry is a must
    • Sales experience in the electronics industry is highly desirable
    • Knowledge of electronics would be an advantage
    • Degree in Light Engineering and/or Electronics is required
    • Experience in work with CRM is needed
    • Ability to come up with original technical solutions is highly required
    • Passion towards electronics and new technologies would be an advantage
    • Can do attitude and internal drive to do their best and go an extra mile is needed
