Your responsibilities

  • Responsibility for Key Customers in Poland and new acquisitions to increase the share-of-wallet of existing customers

  • Actively selling all Daktela products portfolio to new accounts

  • Administer sales pipeline, conduct sales meetings, sales demo of the software

  • Sales consultant to customers

  • Responsible for delivering sales results

  • Maintain accurate records of customers

  • Develop and maintain good professional relationships with main accounts

  • Improve opportunities for sales, suggest ideas on penetrating PL market

  • Reviewing sales performance, aiming to achieve annual target

  • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences (if possible)

Our requirements

  • Sales experience in Telecom/Call solutions

  • Successful sales track record

  • Candidate is not afraid to present the product in front of a large audience, both online and live

  • Candidate is not afraid to organize and participate in Daktela webinars.

  • Knowledge of call center industry (advantage)

  • Sales network within PL market (advantage)

  • Polish (native), English (fluent), other languages (adventage)

  • Eager to learn new things, hands-on attitude

  • Detail oriented and willing to act as individual
