Your responsibilities

  • Analyze local market, key players and set up CPD Business Plan for CPD.

  • Negotiate and align joint business plans with our business partners.

  • Build effective relationships with the Client.

  • Manager Client’s P&L and negotiations of commercial terms within the established budgets.

  • Establish and implement annual plans in line with the Division’s strategy.

  • Coordinate of operational activities related to the listing of new products etc.

  • Address the challenges related to key account management and business trends and needs: finding best practices in the market, exploring knowledge about client’s behavior, monitoring competing brands.

  • Cooperate with marketing, demand planning, business development and other teams.

Our requirements

  • Have minimum 3 years of experience in commercial role within international company.

  • Are skilled negotiator with strong strategic approach.

  • Are used to work on Clients’ P&L.

  • Are familiar with newest trends and have ability to predict them.

  • Are analytical, result oriented and very experienced with Excel and Power Point.

  • Are an excellent communicator with great presentation skills.

  • Are good planner with excellent project management skills.

  • Are fluent in Polish and English.
