Your responsibilities

Role Summary:

The Key Account Manager drives excellence in the service and experience of the operation. Together with the Director of Operation supports in training and developing team members and a winning workforce, always ensuring operational excellence.

The Key Account Manager will focus on innovative hospitality and creating the food program experience for the Google Food program in order to support operational excellence. This position reports into the Director of Operation and Managing Director for Compass Poland and will leverage their strong communication, hospitality and operational skills to partner with key stakeholders and at the same time ensure financial accuracy and budgeting requirements are met.

The great things you will be expected to do:

• Ensure operational excellence and that all standards are met

• Manage teams, including conducting Manager reviews, coaching sessions, and disciplinary actions in a professional and timely manner

• Implement the designated budget and responsibility for the financial results of the restaurant

• Manage all financial responsibilities supporting the DO

• Ensure all sector and Compass employee guidelines are implemented and adhered to

• Create a culture of Food and Workplace Safety

• Communicate with the Client and facilitate an effective flow of information between restaurants and the company's management office

• Responsible for running projects and initiatives within own Cafe

• Treat all customers with professionalism, care and respect

• Respond to all customer comments in timely manner

• Contribute to the successful opening of all new Cafés

• Be the key contact person for client events such as: Noogler onboarding, Food talks and special events

Our requirements

  • Education in the gastronomy or hotel management sector

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position within the gastronomy sector

  • Very good written and spoken Polish and English is a must, any other language an advantage

  • Very good IT skills, G Suite and SAP knowlege is an advantage

  • Team-oriented althoug being able to work independently

  • Business and service oriented, with a natural leader attitude

  • Spontaneous and flexible

  • Knowledge of the principles of cost control and settlements
