We are looking for candidates in our Warsaw office on the position of

  Sales - Key Account Manager

The job scope:

 

Would you like to become a business leader in P&G taking responsibility for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies with the biggest retailers such as Tesco, Rossmann, Biedronka, Auchan or fast-developing trade channels like e-Commerce.

Do you have a track record of sales or commercial experience? If yes, than this is unique opportunity for you to join our best-in-class Customer Business Development organization as  Key Account Manager.
 
You will be responsible for co-leading the P&G business at one of our main retailers. You will have a chance to leverage your experience and at the same time further learn how to develop, negotiate and execute sales and marketing strategies based on in-depth customer, market and trade analysis. Within your assignment you will have a chance to cooperate with several departments such as logistics, marketing and finance that will help you with linking the P&G and external world business and financial dynamics.
 
The role will be challenging and meaningful from the first day and an outstanding amount of learning and experience will strengthen your personal and professional development.

 

A few of your key learnings and experiences will include:

  • In depth market and customer understanding.
  • Data trends and financial analyses.
  • Building cooperative business relationship with local/regional customers.
  • Executing long term sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
  • Designing customer specific sales plans in an assigned category.
  • Developing and selling tailor-made, in-store programs.

  • Develop personal capability via individual training plan and set of corporate and on-the job training as well  as coach others in your area(s) of expertise, to drive business results and build the organization's capability.

Who are we looking for: 

  • Master graduates with 1-10 years of sales or commercial experience.       
  • Strong initiative, problem solving and leadership skills.
  • Excellent analytical, thinking and communication skills.
  • Valid B category driving license.
  • Fluency in English and Polish is required.
