Your responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement the plan for Key Accounts Pharma Chains in Poland

  • Execute with excellence the Key Account marketing plan with focus on quality, efficiency, consistency across all consumer touch points

  • Smart P&L management of the customers to ensure spend efficiency (ROI)

  • Ensure process speed & efficiency (budget management, communication flow, reporting, plan execution)

  • Deliver appropriate customer activation plan and executional model

  • Follow by feedback culture as a part of development plan and ensuring the proper direction of actions

  • Own and execute special projects in alignment with Shopper Activation Team and CRM Team

  • Put special focus on launching the activities order to drive e-comm sell through and development

  • KPIs:

  • Net Sales, Market Share

  • ND, standard visibility, additional placement (online and offline)

  • Sell out creation and stimulation

  • Education and cooperation with HCP’s

  • Stock Management (efficiency, accuracy)

  • Excellent in store and e-comm execution

Our requirements

  • Complex knowledge and +5 years’ experience from pharmaceutical or FMCG market

  • JBP creation and long-term plan building and executing with focus on top clients and e-comm channel with proven track of success

  • Strong negotiation skills and networking abilities

  • Omnichannel management

  • Business acumen, fluent in commercial KPI’s

  • P&L management

  • Advanced user of MS Office

  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner

  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams

  • Drive to constantly pursue improvement

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or customer management

  • University degree in Business or equivalent

  • Fluent in English

  • Active driving license
