  • Excellent knowledge of English - ability to talk freely on technological topics
  • At least 2 years of experience working with a client from the IT/e-commerce industry
  • Experience in creating offers based on an analysis of project requirements and the customer’s needs
  • Practical knowledge of negotiation techniques
  • Knowledge of analytical tools for preparing reports (Excel, CRM)
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Independence and creativity

👍 A huge plus for:

  • Knowledge of WordPress environment and web application development standards

  • Cooperating with the management in the area of ​​seeking new business development opportunities - researching trends and new markets
  • Management of responses to inquiries - lead selection, identification of potential customers
  • Organizing and conducting preliminary meetings with the client
  • Supporting the preparation of offers and contracts
  • Participating in conceptual meetings related to the development of our services
  • Analyzing the effectiveness of undertaken actions
