Your responsibilities
Culture management and maintenance work in a greenhouse with the latest technology
Implementation of plant protection, irrigation and climate measures
Planning and organization of plant care and harvesting activities
Personel planning and personel instructions
All work that arises in the day-to-day running of operations
Our requirements
Graduation as a horticultural engineer/ master gardener/gardener
Initial professional experience in this area is desirable
Independent way of working, assertiveness and analytical thinking
Willingness to work alternately on Sundays and public holidays
Good knowledge of English or/and German, foreign languages is an advantage
Knowledge of MS Office products
