    Job overview

    • Management of Intellectual Capital (IC) capture process, working with Knowledge Managers
      • Tracking projects, sending capture forms and reminders to consultants, monitoring results, uploading data to the Knowledge Database
      • Liaising with Knowledge Managers to close capture process of intellectual capital from consulting projects
      • Organizing cross-team meetings
    • Data management
      • Organization, filtering and publication of documentation to the Knowledge Database
      • Updating and improving Knowledge Database records
      • Managing of document access requests
    • Supporting urgent knowledge management requests
    • Training consultants on the proper use of knowledge tools, databases and how to comply with the knowledge sharing guidelines
    • Facilitator for many day-to-day activities of the Knowledge Management team, as needed
      • Database maintenance: data entry, document upload, etc.
      • Support to Knowledge Managers with on-demand requests (uploading or accessing information on the Knowledge Database)
      • Small Ad-hoc knowledge management projects, e.g. CV/bio update, update credentials’ packs

    What we expect

    • Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken is a must (level C1 and above)
    • Ability to work independently with meticulous attention to detail
    • Capable of a high degree of accuracy in working to directions and meeting the requirements of a specified process
    • Working experience with Microsoft SharePoint is a plus
    • Experience as a Process / Task Coordinator or Document Flow Coordinator is an advantage
    • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (especially Word and PPT); familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
    • Ability to work effectively on own initiative and collaboratively as a part of a global team in a multicultural environment
    • Excellent communication and team working skills, ability to collaborate with colleagues on different seniority levels and areas of the business i.e. Knowledge Managers, Consulting Staff (from entry level consultants up to Partner) and other support staff
    • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, time and deadline management skills
    • Strong problem solving skills, ability to work through a challenge to completion
    • Sense of humor
