An outstanding opportunity to join the Compliance Operations COO organization as a team member supporting global knowledge management, communications, and related project efforts. As part of this small, highly motivated and capable team you will be supporting the rollout of a global target operating model. You will have the chance to drive and take ownership of new knowledge mgmt solutions, the development and execution of global communications processes, as well as lead other key operating model change efforts. You will improve existing processes and knowledge mgmt tools to ensure efficiency, quality, and harmonization across regions and businesses. You will represent Compliance Operations in regulatory and Compliance projects with the definition and management of numerous key requirements and global standards. As a lead for these efforts you will also be responsible to develop unique SharePoint solutions and potentially other tool-based business solutions to enable these key requirements.

Compliance Operations mandate includes all functions that execute regulatory control activities along the full client lifecycle. Compliance Operations manages all risks and regulatory requirements identified, reviewed, and mitigated in client onboardings, change in circumstances, periodic reviews and offboardings. You will work closely with other Compliance teams as well as Front Office staff from all divisions in platform, governance and framework matters to ensure consistency in execution across the department. We are looking for:

  • University or technical degree
  • Strong analytical skills, keeping the “Big Picture” as well as clearly designing business processes and describing business requirements
  • Outstanding communication skills with strong business proficiency in English required - fluency in German would also be an asset
  • Proficiency in drafting and visualizing presentations in PowerPoint and excellent command of other MS office products, especially in Excel - as a must
  • Technology enthusiastic person with proven experience in SharePoint and/or VBA as a significant advantage
  • Proven ability to review communications and support in guiding content and style, standardizing communication in accordance with our communications guidelines and branding
  • Good presentation and communication skills appropriate to those being addressed in the interest of building up and maintaining a balanced professional network
  • Dedicated to deliver high quality work within short timeframes and a high level of flexibility
  • Proven ability to manage work under pressure, managing multiple result oriented priorities and assignments
