    On behalf of our client, a big international company operating globally, who has their office in Krakow, we are looking for candidates on the position of:

    Knowledge Management - Trainer

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 2-3 years of international experience in SSC/BPO organizations
    • Experience in training administration
    • Experience in training delivery & design will be an asset
    • Fluency in English
    • German would be an asset
    • Excellent communication and visualization capabilities

    Responsibilities:

    • •Identifying training needs within organisation
    • Designing and expanding training programmes based on the needs of the organisation and the individual
    • Working in a team to produce programmes that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organisation
    • Producing training materials for trainings
    • Delivery of training, workshops, refreshers etc
    • Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers
    • Ensuring that statutory training requirements are met; Track the contents of the trainings, training status and achievements of employees
    • Obtain and analyze feedback from training participants to optimize training offers
    • Amending and revising trainings as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment
    • Propose process improvements based on experiences gathered during the trainings
    • Helping internal trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups
    • Administrating the trainings
    • Coordination/ organization of training deliver activities
    • Coordination/ organization of trainers
    • Training planning/ monitoring
    • Training tracking
    • Development of appropriate training materials & tools
    • Maintenance of existing training content
    • Preparing and analyzing trainings feedback
    • Delivery the trainings in selected areas
